Lifetime Free Tune ups - Our commitment to you that any bike you purchase from us, will always be kept running perfectly. This is our $90.00 tune up package guaranteed to you for the life of the bike free of charge. There is no limit to tune ups, just a perfectly working bicycle.
Guaranteed fitting - The most important part to any bicycle is making sure that the rider is riding most efficiuent and comfortable position. Our staff have all been trained by the best in the industry, by many different philosophies, to make sure that we can fit you to your bicycle. Aside from the best bicycle physiological training, our staff has the most extensive experience in bicycle fittings. With some of our employees logging over 5,000 individual fittings. We even fit you to the bicycle before each test ride.
Not only do we fit you for free, a $200 value, but we guarantee it. That means if we need to switch a stem, handle bar, or other fitting related component we will do so free of charge for as long as you own the bike.

Red Shield - This is a wear and tear extended warranty on the most commonly replaced parts on a bicycle. For example, after 1500 miles your suppose to replace the chain. After replacing 3 chains your suppose to replace the cassette and so on and so on. With Red Shield you pay a small premium when you purchase the bicycle and Red Shield will cover all costs, labor and parts, of replacing wear and tear items like chains and cassettes. Bottom line, if you ride your bike more than 3 times a month Red shield on average will save you $500 in a 5 year period.
